didn't know where to post this :X...

so, let's say someone is ddos'ing me. could I or could someone trace the person, so we can visit him and give him some presents?

If you're on a residential broadband connection, just disconnect the modem/router for an hour. When it boots back it'll probably assign a new IP (unless you pay for static IP).

Yeah nothing you can do about getting DDOSed..
Back in the AlterIW days, i got DDOSed because someone got pissed off that i was using the noobtube and killed him.
We found out his IP from the server logs and used the AlterIW botnet to DC him for hours Laughing
