What is the latest/best PC App to modify existing windows in web, apps, etc. Placing arrows, bubbles, text, etc. Don't care if it is free or not. Appears there are several steps involved like first capturing the screen, saving it, then modifying it. I currently use Hypersnap to grab screens, but the editing function is minimal. Looking for something ez to learn and simple. Nothing robust, just basics
