everything was working perfectly yesterday. Today I am starting radeonpro and it says "radeonpro has stopped working" and the error is CLR20r3... I have not done anything since yesterday and have no idea why that is not working now.

reinstalled radeonpro multiple times, uninstalled, repaired. cleared files. everything.
Reinstalled .net applications and tried to use .net repair tool.
uninstalled latest updates and so on. nothing works. WTF

I guess I have to reinstall win7 now

Seems to be some Visual C error message but I couldn't find anything specific though .NET was mentioned a few times.

I believe RadeonPro uses .NET 3.5 but it could be 4.0 as well.
(They're separate so you have to install both the latest 3.5 redist and the 4.1 one or what it's at now.)

3.5 cannot be installed. the microsoft installation dont even start for this one... prolly I have this as redist installation with some game so maybe I can force it

I think I made a mistake, with Vista .Net 3.0 comes pre-installed already and is part of the system, with Windows 7 it's updated to 3.5 and then with Windows 8 it's 4.5 and finally with 8.1 it's 4.5.1

I think it's something like that, thus you should already have it installed.

Maybe it's related to permissions? Right click on the program exe and select "Run as admin" unless you already disabled UAC.

Could also be that some relevant system file has somehow gotten damaged, "sfc.exe /scannow" via the command prompt will re-validate all system files and try to fix them, I believe that the Dism.exe method where it also fetches the files from Windows Update needs Windows 8, one of the subtle changes with that OS.
