Anyone else had this before?
I just got in from work, loaded my online banking info up and it say sony ent network has taken out 30 pounds from my bank.
So i loaded up my ps4, checked the wallet and it says 30 pounds is in my wallet , dded 2 days ago?
But i did not add them so is there a way to refund the money to my bank and i wonder how this happened?
Hacked???

i would get on the blower to Sony and if they are usless your bank and report it as unauthorized.
Would also do what Reg says too, leaving "Remember my details" ticked is asking for trouble (although I must admit I always thought it had some details like CVV stored locally)

The cunts auto renew on PS+ after the 14 day trial, at full price stupidness. It's stupid that I didn't spot it, buried somewhere in the t&CS. I suspect lots of parents will get conned on that one- plus it takes AGES to find where to disable auto renew on PS+ too. Somy know what they're doibg

It could well be a drunken purchase as i cant remember when it was done, i've removed my details now and unticked to auto renew on psnplus which i never knew about, ill just wait for a reply if they can resend the money to my bank account.

Go to setting, psn, wallet then its in one of the options that comes up, just look around n tck it off.

They auto renewed music unlimited for me on january first...even tho I swear I disabled it on website right after adding trial code.
I'm still waiting for replay from them to refund me the money  it has been 11 days |
