The funniest part is not even the 14 days. They stopped calling it "customer service" (probably because it was so shitty it could legally not be called that) and changed it to EXPERIENCE Laughing . You know, jail time in Siberia is an "experience" as well. Twisted Evil No-one said anything about it being a positive one!

I've been through all this with my BF4 pre-order that was greyed out on my account, the advisor will never answer you. Not now, not in 14 days.

All you can do is head to the Help section and choose the chat option. If you're lucky enough, after days and days of rage and frustration, you'll find someone who can actually speak English and will be able to look into your problem.

Holy jeebus , that's beyond infuriating..

The problem with these support chats is that most of the operators there haven't absolutely any knowledge about basic stuff (nor have the power to do anything apart from checking statuses/repeating the same standard phrases over and over), they're just underpaid random dudes (mainly from India) put there just to make up the number.

Yeah, like ixigia said, customer support guys are basically being paid so that (fucked over) customers can take a shit on them while the other guys (who fucked them over in the first place)take a shit on the customers away from all this, in the safety of their offices.
Had a friend who worked as a customer support and man, that guy was radiating stress and depression the whole time he worked there! It's a soul crushing job. Sad

Let me tell you one thing: if you're English or American, you're fucked. English is such an easy & common language to learn, that they outsource it to the darnedest places. Dutch support is very very very rarely outsourced and because of this, Adobe support has always been top class for me.

I can confirm this, I used to always use english customer support because I was a hipster and dislike my own language. Laughing

Anyway I tried the local support instead and got an issue resolved instantly which hadn't been resolved after 3 attempts with international customer support.
Once you get put on the line to Pakistan/India yer fucked.

Bwah the experience is the same just that with more English support lines out there you have more chance to get shit support.

There are a lot of support lines in Belgium and The Netherlands that have a low standard. In the end it's all about how much a company values good support, whatever the language may be.
