Activision has announced a FPS based on The Walking Dead series airing on AMC is in development from Terminal Reality.
The game will tell the story of Daryl Dixon and his brother Merle on who are on a “haunting, unforgiving quest to make their way to the supposed safety of Atlanta.”
Players will control Daryl while avoiding zombies that hunt using sight, sound and smell. You can choose to fight them or avoid them.
“No place is truly safe for Daryl as he makes his way through the Georgia countryside in this new, post-apocalyptic world,” said Activision.
Supplies will be scarce and players will need to manage resources. Many other characters from the series will be encountered as well. They can even choose to follow Daryl if the player desires.
The Walking Dead will hit stores in 2013 for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.

well, tbh... if its half as good as i think its gonna be, its a day one purchase for me - terminal reality were an old fave studio of mine - nocturne, blair witch games, classics..havent played any recent games by them but getting back to their roots of horror games was enough for me to be interested in this game...even tho acti are behind it
