I want marvel/dc series..however, Id like some proper ones unlike that S.H.I.E.L.D series crap.

Those will be coming to Netflix next year with the 4 NY based series they are doing with the Hells Kitchen characters like Daredevil, Power Man and Iron Fist and Jessica Jones.
Nightwing was rumored to be appearing on Arrow this season but unless he is appearing in the Birds of Prey episode or toward the last few episodes of the season, it does not seem he will appear this year.

If you have never heard of Power Man and Iron Fist, then you are a casual comics fan that just knows Marvel from the movies. Power Man is also known as Luke Cage, him, Iron Fist and Jessica Jones have all been members of the Avengers in the most recent run before the new Marvel NOW reboots.
