Given how bad iOS7 is, this is even an understatement.

It's at 482.75 now. Stocks are still very high. If you look at the 5 years curve there was a slight dip in value after Jobs died, but most of it has been recovered. By comparison, Microsoft stock is at 33.27

you can't compare the prices of stocks. They have no relations to anything. I.e. higher value doesn't mean shit.
Just saying.

I think stock price is also dependent on number of available shares. Microsoft might have significantly more shares out there with lower price each.

Yes, because the place of someones death has drastic effect on stock market and stock prices...

Oh, Apple won't suddenly crash into the ground, they'll wane away (it's already begun and is quite obvious when it comes to new innovative products which were almost totally dependent on Steve Jobs). The iPhone 5 (and now 5S and that other budget version) were flops, the iPad isn't innovative any longer and holy shit, who designed the new Ashtray PowerMac??? It looks exactly like ashtrays outside places like the dentist etc.
We'll see, but my guess is that they will lose the "Apple"-spirit and become one of many instead of being one on it's own podium. I can't guess at which rate.
And the stock market is going to milk Apple as fas as they can, THEN they'll drop Apple (unless MS buys up stock to keep Apple solid).

Yep. 9 million sold in 3 days. The orders for the 5C is backed up in China (for example). Saying that Apple is in decline after Jobs' death is wishful thinking at best.

It's Apple fanatics who said that for the most part, because they're retards and think Steve designed it all.
While some of Apple decisions are questionable, Steve was not an not an industrial engineer or designer, nor was he a software engineer, nor a graphics designer. He did not design or "make" any of it - at most what Apple lack now is a brilliant marketing guy like him. Someone who sees what will or won't work for their audience.
