is there a thingie out there where you can just input the shows you like and it'll notify you if and when the show is going to air? i knows couch potato has a thingie like that but it also downloads the thingies... i don't want to download the thingies. i just want to be informed of what's what and when.

Edit... I meant sickbeard... just installed couchpotato and i instantlly remembered why i don't like it and it's not what i want.
