So what's happened to the option to add a line of text below our user names.
I used to have text below my name but many moons ago it vanished. Is this only available to the VIP's now?

It has always been for VIPs only? Sometimes mods or admins fool around and add one, but that is out of the norm. You sure your title didn't say "Banned"?
