Many people hope for a new MOBA to drive around in cars in the lanes Carmageddon style. But it will probably be a okayish Facebook type game, which is not on Facebook

Isn't GTA Online coming on an extra disc for the 360 version (and on BR for the PS3)? I doubt it's going to be some crappy MOBA or browser game.

Hm? So it's like the online mode of GTA5? Or is it a seperate game? Something inbetween?
Reminds me of Metal Gear Online that came with Metal Gear Solid 4.

I'm not sure of the implementation, just that RS announced it would ship on two discs; one would be GTAV install and the other would be GTA Online.

Huh? What is this talk about MOBA, this is just MP stuff for GTAV.
It probably will include things like persistant world etc. with properties owned by the player in MP, the MP is so big that they just branded it GTA Online instead of GTA V:MP.
They also use GTA Online wording in the gameplay trailer when they talk about the multiplayer.
This should be included in the GTA V topic.

this is gta5 online but they are classifying it as its own thing because there is probably more emphasis on it rather than just a tacked on online mode. They may also be planning to go further with it on the next gen consoles with a fully online or at least similar to watch dogs with GTA 6.

I'm the only one who are thinking, that they are gonna do it kind a like Red Dead Redemption: With the city acting as a hub, where you can free roam and all that but still partake in different activities and scenarios. And of course, making your own gang and go out and wreck havoc.

If it was, I wouldn't mind RDR multiplayer was a lot of fun.
