before starting lemme inform you that my english is not very fluent so please bear with me...

I have an hard drive full of mp3s. here's how it looks like:

-Root
-Artist's Name
-Artist's Album

Pretty common i believe hehe.

Now, i know it may look weird to you, but i need a program that will scan "Artist's Album" folder, scan its mp3s tags and create in the same folder a Subfolder (or an empty data-free file) named after mp3's infos like mp3 bitrate, Genre, year, ect...

so program scans folder and create a subfolder that can look like this:

[MP3] VBR 229k - Acoustic - 2003 - [MP3]

that's to make an example.

Does a program like this exist for Windows platforms?

Anyone could please gimme some suggestions?

Any help is highly appreciated.

I use MP3Tag v2.28 and that works pretty well. You can make mp3 tags based off file names and folder names. Also MusicBrainz is also a very good program that names mp3s based off a online database.
