I've experienced the same. It doesn't happe all the time but sometimes the vote isn't saved.
Maybe an admin can take a look at this?

There have been some mysql problems on that day, its possible they caused your vote to not get updated. If it happens again, do let us know.

It did not jsut happen that day...it happened on several occassions...
I'll give you a sign on IRC when it happens again.

It happened again, i was voting for Desperate.Housewives.S01E15.HDTV.XviD-LOL, Cold.Case.S02E14.HDTV.XviD-TCM and all was fine, but my vote for The.Simpsons.S16E10.PDTV.XviD-LOL wasn't displayed, so i think it is more like a general problem and not a one time only problem

One error has been found and removed, votes should update normally now. If the update fails it will say so now, and give an error message. If you receive an error message please let us know.

For example, today I was trying to vote for a clone release, I wrote a 4-5 lines long explanation of my vote(which is really rare to see in the votes section) and .. the vote just didnt count. I got back, wrote an explanation similar to the one I wrote before that and .. didn't count as well
