Well I'm shopping online for a new coat, and believe me I'm the worst shopper ever.
I just can't decide or find a new coat to buy?
Any help with some links would be great to find me a new coat lease?

Haha, well i can't say I've worn a suit for sometime but I'm after basically a smart looking coat, not your chavs brap coats kids have these days

I bought two suits online. they fit perfectly. they only thing i needed to do was to shorten the pants since they don't cut them because... fuck

Buying clothes blindly online is way too risky for my tastes, I always try them before because you never know. Same for shoes.

I buy from Poland I know my size and since my build is pretty standard for clothes manufacturers I fit just fine.
I actually bought worse clothes in those bigger chain clothing shops, the worst is RESERVED and the ones from the same owner. Even on display they have damaged goods.
Also ever since bigger online shops allow free replacements it's no risk at all. |
That doesn't sound bad . And yes, huge chain clothing stores/big outlets are indeed a disgrace here too, you get faulty clothing that cannot be changed 5 times out 10, also prices themselves aren't that competitive to be honest. I usually go to a local store which has relatively new stuff and affordable prices, although far from cheap. (still the best compromise for me ) |

You guys don't know your coats. First thing that should be important is your skin color and hair color. If you are white with black hair, get a black coat. If blonde/light hair type, get something gray or brown.
Next, don't get a trenchcoat. I know us nerds love them, but they look silly if worn over anything but a suit. Also don't get a coat that's longer than your knee. It should stop above the knee, but cover part of your thighs.
Those are the baselines, then there is tons more stuff like zipper/buttons, collar, type of pockets, but that's down to personal preference.

if by jackets you mean suit jackets then i agree
i hate the material most jackets are made out of that noisy icky to the touch material.
it's either that shiny, slidy, plasticy feely material that makes sooo much noise when you touch it and leaves that icky tingly feeling in your fingers, or some hideous material that just seriously sucks dick for rainy weather
