see a doctor?
it's not normal. if something not normal happens to your eye/ears/nose/mouth you see a doctor. asap.
Spoiler: | your eye is stressed out and it's slowly going blind \o/ |

GO SEE A DOCTOR NOW!
That is definitely not normal!
What do you mean colored noisy? Many colors, or noise in the vision?
Do you see them with the lid closed?
Are they for the whole vision of the eye, or just a portion of it? Same place?
After you go, please tell, I'm intrigued. I doubt it's the eye itself, might be the optical nerve or brain part..
Astronauts reported those, and are attributed to cosmic particles going through the liquid in the eye, but they don't penetrate the atmosphere.

Have you stared at something arabic shaped, maybe on/with bright light?
Have you passed near lasers/IR beams recently?
Anyway: go to the doctor!

Flashes need immediate medical diagnosis by an eye specialist because of the risk of severe retinal detachment, which can cause vision loss. However, other causes of flashes (and floaters) are more common than retinal detachment.
Causes of Flashes:
The following medical conditions are some of the possible causes of Flashes. so ask your doctor about your symptoms.
Standing up suddenly - may cause brief flashing lights due to blood flow changes.
Aura before a migraine
Migraine
Vitreous detachment
Posterior vitreous detachment - common with aging or myopia
Retinal conditions
Retinal injury
Retinal tear
Detached retina
Retinal artery occlusion
Blow to the eye
Blow to the head
Retinopathy
Diabetic retinopathy
Optic nerve conditions

You haven't done any hallucinogens have you? They can cause permanent effects like the one you describe.
In either case, go get an appt. with an optometrist asap.

I was working at one guy's apartment and he gave me tea like four times, but I doubt he would put drugs into the tea. As far as I know he is doing weed only. I even jokingly said to him something like "I hope you didnt put anything into the tea like drugs or something".

I've had similar from time to time.
Not so much flashes, but its how id describe them. There is spots on the edge, or sometimes dead center of where my view is..
its this white, 'void' area. I cant see anything there. Sort of like the way you notice your blind spot when doing the blind spot tricks but the area missing is always 'white fuzzy' spots, But they are near the center of my vision, or edge that's noticeable.
I rarely get them..maybe 1-2 a year. But they go away after a handful of hours.

Worth to mention though that I cant control it. It just appears randomly.

could be migraine (if you have headaches), high intraocular pressure (especially if you're using any kind of eye drop, in that case visit a doctor asap!)... don't know what else.

That is really weird by the picture.
Have you tried disabling anti-aliasing on your eyes..or do you have them overclocked?

seriously go see a doctor. you could've been exposed to some mould and shit and your eye is infected. it could end up real bad. you really should go see a doctor asap before it gets worse and you'll go blind from jerking off too much.
cause you know... if you do go blind... that's what we'll say... not that you wasted time and didn't see a doctor... but you jerked off too much and admins will block you out of the sexy selections just to save your second eye.

Yesterday I ate a lot of yogurt and today the flashes are completely gone. Also I ate a lot of grapefruits recently so I think the acids and milk is the poison and the cure for this. Thats my theory.
