Just anoyed... why? Well, I work with this incredible boring guy who sounds like a duck when he talks...and he talks so low that I can hardly hear him So much more fun to work with people that laughs and talks than this guy. ...and as if thats not enough, the guy takes every chance he can to run away from the actual work. Always excuses. Something I find weird since new people usually try to show off how good they are. shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

Confront him and be direct about it. Not agressive but assertive. And hope he gets it that you need to be able to work together in a proffessional manner. Don't even have to like eachother. (This is usually hard cause people always want to go the 'like eachother' way since they think it's either like or hate.)
