so ive got an account that has limited status bullshit with around 26$ on it and cant send shit from it; im required to add a card to it but cant since mine is used, so are the ones from my family and so on
fact is i logged once with vpn so thats why they put me on limited status
any way to bypass this , use some virtual card or some stuff like that? dont know much about cards and doont use paypal that much but those 26$ is a great loss for me right now
Call them, i called them from my country and i found it to be an excellent experience, got my problem solved and all, but i dont know in ur case. They certaintly did listen to me and help me.
