Wish I got that, so much better than receiving "bug reports" that are basically you calling up your cable company because you threw a brick through your fucking TV. That's what I get most of the time ^_^
Honestly after asking for half-decent repro steps for about 5 times I just tell them to FRAPS it and mail the video. If it's hard to repro I tell them to fraps their entire session until the issue happens.
