Over here I dont think they even give you anything for the flu.
they just tell you to get plenty of rest and whatnot.

Well, I had to take that, I can barely speak - and when I do, I have an Adam Jensen voice  . My throat, nose and lungs seem filled with infection and liquids, I spit all the time, my nose is leaking like there's no tomorrow, every single muscle in my body hurts, bones, everything. High fever errday. Cool stuff.

Get well! I used to take Augmentin on daily basis when I was a kid (had chronic bronchitis), hell it was so annoying . Fortunately it magically got away during the puberty

u should suffer for about a week at least without antibiotics. I havent needed them for 10 years at least.
