OK, So next year I'm moving off campus, and am going to need some new furniture... most of it is going to be from garage sales and such, but I'm going to want a nice new computer desk...

I've been looking around and the only decent places I can see are staples and IKEA, so does anyone have any suggestions asides from these two on places to shop? preferably websites Razz

Also, if anyone has some personal suggestions of individual desks they like I'd be interested too!

Basically, need the desk to be at *least* 30 inches deep (have to fit a big ass crt and room for keyboard and arms...) preferably an L shaped desk, but a normal one would suffice.

Thanks for any help! Smile

Although I am from the UK, I found ordering desks online doesn't happen, thus I went to staples, and that wasnt so easy either Razz! Bloody small cars..

I cant imagine the US being much different, so id just suggest giving in and finding a shop nearby that sells them..

Costco usually has some pretty good deals on desks (of course you need a membership).

This one looks pretty cool (although a little pricey ... $310)

There's always Walmart too ... I got mine there (just a small corner desk w/ hutch and keyboard drawer) for like $50 CAN ... good student friendly price Smile

Get something low, deep and wide, the desk should give you the feel that YOU are working on IT, not THE DESK directing the positioning of YOUR body. Sorry for the english
