not sure if serious about the PSU.

get ASUS ASROCK or MSI as mobo since those have UEFI, something like the ASROCK Z77 extreme 4

unless he does video editing for a living where time is money get the i5 and spend it otherwise

tell him crucial M4 128gb is like 107 euros and 5 times faster than that HD

get corsair TX 650 V2, and if he saved some money through going i5 the AX650

aight changed some stuff and he agreed on it, but he wants to have the i7 3770k (even tho it's way cheaper with the i5).
