K, so the cat jumps up on the bed while I'm sleeping, and starts tickling my face with his whiskers, because he wants me to let him crawl under the blanket. Yeah OK fine, I open the blanket and let him go under, and he curls up, and I go back to sleep. I may have been slightly awake when he got up at some point, but a while later, I'm woken up by a scratching noise. I kinda known straight away that its the cat, but my mind is thinking that somethings weird about the noise... then I realise that the cat shouldn't be scratching anything... then I realise that the scratching isn't actually coming from beside me, its coming from under the bed... and then it hits me...
The little shits brought something in from the outside, and he's playing with it under the damn bed.
I jump up, look under, and sure enough he's scratching rather eagerly at some posters I have stored under my bed. He looks up for a second, then ignores me and goes back to feverishly scratching away, trying to get under them. One by one I pull the posters away, until the last one, and sure enough I see a dark thin blob... the cat spots it, and his little 'game', resumes.
I cant get at it, so I lift up the mattress, and shove it to the side (little bastard has well and truly ruined my nice sleep... I'm wide awake now...), and look down through the bed slats.
He's got a freakin' lizard. I reach down to grab it, but the cats a little faster, and pounces on it, and picks it up in his mouth, and moves it further under the bed. And then I hear a crunching noise. He's eaten the damn thing.
He ALWAYS does this. Every time I catch him with something, he eats it rather than allow me to toss it outside  Cunning little bastard. IF I CANT HAZ IT TO PLAY WIF, THEN YOU CANTZ HAZ IT EITHER, SO I EATZ IT!!!
Then he just stares at me, all like "...what..."

Haha well common lizards aren't harmful for cats, there shouldn't be any problem..he's just unleashing his deepest predatory instincts and probably sees you as a potential competitor
Or maybe he simply despises multiplayer

My former cat brought a small baby bird into the kitchen, just walked in one day and saw blood on the floor and I thought something's fishy. Then the cat is hovering around the refrigerator, then I hear a noise behind the refrigerator and there I saw it.
Took me half the day to finally catch it, had to dismantle half the kitchen as the injured and traumatized bird (had bite marks all over it) didn't want to get caught, I was dead tired and exhausted, yeah I was pissed at my cat that day.

'Dumped' it in my garden  my cat used to like the back way and not the garden so I kept that door closed, last I saw of it it was talking and playing with the other birds.

My former cat has never killed anything in all her life except for some flies and millipedes, lizards and mouses scared her so bad

One of my cats stole a friggin fish while I was cleaning the fishtank. Shouldn't have left the bucket with the fishies on the ground.... I even tried to get it out of her mouth but no chance. But I wasn't mad at her. Was actually quite funny to see the fury in her eyes as I tried to free the fish.
Well deserved catch, I thought to myself |
Knowing how shrewd cats are, she was probably waiting for that moment since months . They can be awesome fluffy bastards |

They are vicious little bastard predators, if I was to get shrunk (like in that movie Darling I shrunk the kids) a cat would scare me the most, first they play with you by biting your limbs off and torturing you, a few hours of pain later and they eat you.

Yeah mine doesn't do any of that...
Instead, she wakes me up first by messing up with some plastic bags.
Then, as I'm almost asleep, I hear a familiar convulsion sound and turn around to see her vomiting all over the floor
I clean the carpet (thankfully it didn't hit the floor at all), go to bed...
..and then wake up with the fan falling to the floor which in turn wakes up the whole house at 3am, cat derped and tripped on cord plummeting the fan to the floor
