I have a strange problem with my internet I guess...
Whenever I watch longer videos on youtube (2min +) it just preloads a chunk of video and than stops loading the rest. But if I make a speedtest or pingtest in the background it immediately goes off fetching a new chunk of video. So everytime the video stops, I have to re do a speedtest (which says 67mbit/s down and 5.5 up)

Hmm, you should prolly call you ISP and tell them about the problem. Does this happen on other sites like vimeo, xvideos and youporn?

Don't know if I can last through longer videos on xvideos
Good idea, will give it a try! There are definitely some problems with my ISP over the last weekends, so this might've something to do with that too! I just can't be sure...

None worked properly, it affected 1080p and 240p a like. I guess it's my fucking router. When I hooked my pc directly to the router everything works better

Reset the router?
And what's the model? Did you install any CFW on it?

Its the Linksys wrt 54 gl, I could possibly find a million linux shizzles to run on it, but to be honest, since it doesn't support 64mbit over lan (100mbit router, but I can't download faster than 4MB/s, directly with the modem to PC I achieve 8MB/s), I really don't like it any more
I guess I'll have to get myself a new router

Does the video load further if you watch the video? Or did you mean that it is basically impossible for you to watch any movie right now? I didn't really get which one you mean.
I think Youtube changed something about their buffering some time ago. At least for me, when I watch longer videos it will completely stop buffering at some point (like after 5 min of video have been stored), and will only buffer more when I watch the movie. That way, the movie is not downloaded completely unless you watch it till nearly the end.
