Hello, I've been away from this forum and from gaming for quite some time and I'm looking for some more recent games that resonate with my personal taste.

My favorite games are as follows. (I'm looking games only for PC)

Antichamber (loved the twisted logic of this game)
Space Engine (not quite a game, but I can lose hours inside this)
Bioshock Infinite (mainly for the story)
Max Payne 3 (also for the story, but also the art direction and I love the way we play with bullet time)
Prototype (Mainly for the open world and the ability to mess around)
GTA 4 (Also for the well realized open world and the freedom to mess around)
Watchdogs (not as much as the previous two, but also for the same reasons)
Solar 2 (don't know how to explain, but I find this game highly addictive
Osmos (also to addictive)
Race the Sun (very addictive as well)
World of Goo (addictive, fun and a unique art direction)
Amnesia - A dark descent (loved the way this game was able to instill true fear while playing it)
Dead Space Trilogy (also for the ability to instill fear and for the gruesome nature of the game)
Portal 1 and 2 (there really is no need to explain this one, one of my favorite concept games of all time)
Batman Arkham Asylum/City/Origins (reminded me of Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy)
Assassins Creed (I have all except the last one, don't really know if it's worth buying or more of the same)
Mirror's Edge (loved the parkour and the sensation of freedom within the game)
Brothers - A tale of two sons (truly beautiful game on all fronts, both in art direction and story, love games like this, one of my favorite indie games of all time)
The Stanley Parable (reminded me of Portal in a weird way and also Antichamber)
Dear Esther (a work of art, loved every second of it)
Limbo (also for its artistic merits)

I could go on but you already have a decent sample of what I like, also please post mainly similar games that were released from 2013/2014 onwards, because it is quite possible that I already have in my library all worthy games released before 2013.

I already have Mafia 2 on Steam, will purchase Shadow of Mordor, I'm very interested in GTA 5 but it's still a little expensive. I've seen some Kerbal Space Program trailers and gameplay videos and I didn't liked it that much.

Welcome back! *peruses the list* Very Happy

If you like atmospheric puzzle games (and I think that you do), you absolutely must play The Talos Principle. I'd add Ori and The Blind Forest (more of a platformer, but very charming), Valiant Hearts and The Vanishing of Ethan Carter too, all great for different reasons.
Don't see RPGs in there, though The Witcher 3 shall be the exception, because you'll love it, 99.9% guaranteed xD (I'm still playing it as well, it's really huge Smile).

Also, Alien Isolation is another definite must play, I think you'll really enjoy it. Outlast/Whistleblower too if you like more well made first person horror.

If you're into shooters, Far Cry 3/4, the Metro series (better if Redux), Black Mesa and Wolfenstein TNO are good candidates. Plus Dying Light too like Garus mentioned.

(These are some quick recommendations based on your list, I've probably missed many good games Razz)

Based on the types of games you like I would suggest Rapelay and Candy Crush.

Ryzen 5 5600, ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI II, Corsair Vengeance RGB RT 32GB 3600MHz C16, MSI RTX 5070 Ti Ventus 3X OC , Corsair RMx Series RM750x. AOC AGON AG324UX - 4K 144Hz 1ms
