Now that EA has the prestigious "worst company in america" award in their bag, the time has come to hand out the "most probably, but not definitely worst company according to the one true world authority on evil companies, the nfohump community - awarded yearly" award. Yes, I trademarked that award name, because yes, it sounds too good for others not to try and steal it.
Now, EA is the front runner, but hey, what's this? ... it seems ... it seems EA has a challenger, and they want to settle this dispute once and for all! Activision has entered the ring! Let the voting begin!
P.S: Puppies inc. also wanted to join the fight, but I found them too evil to join this round. Maybe next time.

Activision is the worst when it comes to suing your own employees. They sue their own studios to avoid paying any bonus, to get their IP, to basically break them down in pieces and have complete control.
EA is bad as well, but Activision makes everyone look like beginners when it comes to this.
"EA has ruined a franchise I like/locked content on the disc" is nothing compared to what Activision has done. They're bad, but Activision is just evil. They get my vote.

Okay, let's be serious now:
The COD franchise might not influence you directly, because you couldn't give less of a fuck. That's certainly my case - but: it influences the taste of many players, many new players or even the younger generations of gamers are influenced by it, and when they "vote with their money" they will only generate demand for shit. This whole consolification process we have witnessed these past few years can be attributed to the fact, that there is need for such easy shit. If these players don't get in touch with harder/more challenging games, then they'll never generate a need for it. It's a vicious circle, and of all companies Activision seems to benefit most from actively destroying the gaming culture of our generation.

No. Both companies are "evil" as in they want to make money from (mostly) retards. But EA shoots aims at a much wider spread, and hits more with me than Activision. It comes to down to the better games, and EA has more than Activision.
BTW where is Ubisoft in all this?

I vote Activision because they pressured Double Fine to turn "Brütal Legend" into a hip hop game.
IMO, this is a greater atrocity than the streamlined Mass Effect 3 ending.
