I have this avi and I want to make it a gif forum signature for a friend, so it must be small :

I used openAviToGif_0-3 with render every 4 frames and 30ms frame delay and it runs superfast in motherfucking firefox ... like it has no delay (?)

I'm naab, but I find photoshop extremely handy to convert avi files to gifs, all you have to do is import the video and then you can edit all the frames individually, including the delay
