For the past 5+ years I have been having a dream that is always almost the same. It's basically focused on "something changing in the sky" sort of like a storm coming, and usually im surrounded by people close to me.
What I found online is that this usually means that you have some sort of stress in your life and this is sort of a message bla bla ... I am pretty damn happy with my life and don't have any problems at all really so I don't understand how that explains anything.
To continue, we are usually in an area with a view, so like a beach or a balcony of some place and the storm slowly starts revealing something else. And in the dream I am 100% sure it's alien. Almost like starts starting to allign and form objects and shapes.
The thing is, these images are so vivid in my mind and they do not resemble anything I have ever seen in terms of movies/sci fi ...
And I feel completely calm and excited, usually I am trying to show the people that surround me what I see and making sure they see it too ...
Every time I have this dream I wake up in the morning completely covered in sweat, but very excited and energetic at the same time ... almost like, now that i know what to expect, i am comfortable in that dream and always strive to find out more, but the morning always comes sooner.
Does anyone have any idea where I could find out more about such experience, and maybe even if someone experienced something similar.
Also wanted to mention that these usually start with a sensation that I am sort of falling out of my body and floating around the room. Before I would be scared, and now I just let og because it really feels like I'm flying.

Its hard to explain, but i was sort of having a hard time falling asleep and when I start sort of drifting away it feels like something gently drags me off my bed to the side and then slowly towards the ceiling, which i cant really see. Then I wake up a few times as it starts feeling like I'm really not in my bed anymore. Eventually i end up in the "something is coming from the sky" scenario.
I feel like this experience blows my mind every time ... i wish I could record it on video hahaha

Someone told me that this out of body experience is some hallucination business, but i'm no doctor so i don't know for sure.
