So my GF wants a desktop PC, since we've renovated/rebuilt in the apartment, she nows has a space for a desktop. She already has an MSI GT-series gaming laptop, but wants that extra juice and upgrade flexibility of a desktop.
So I threw this together, what do you think, still a good buy? We're getting this soon, so don't mention Kepler/Ivy etc

Going with a mATX tower since the case is going to be hidden in a cabinet, and the space is kinda limited. I went with a modular PSU for this reason, I want to save as much space and not limit airflow in any way.
If it's hidden in a cabinet, think about temps and ventilation. However, you didn't list a gfx card so I suppose it's going to run on the 2500k's igpu?
The parts are perfectly fine in my eyes, it's just the ventilation I'm worried about.
