I don't want to derail the thread or the actual topic at hand (amerika fuck yea!), but what good are excellent titles when they're bound by insanely restrictive DRM?
Not much, at least for me and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Not this DRM shit again.
They dropped the DRM from most of their titles, Assassin's Creed Revelations had no DRM, and Rayman Origins doesn't have one either.
Besides, I bet you're interested in Diablo 3, and it has online drm far worse than the one Ubi uses (used?)

Driver and Anno are the only titles that so far didn't have the DRM removed for some reason, but most of their titles are now either drm free or had their drm removed.
And yeah, DRM sucks I guess, but I'd take Ubi's DRM over regional restriction (a'la Skyrim, I still can't buy it or view its store page on Steam). At least when you buy Ubi shit you can activate it everywhere.
