well, help me build it for my brother actually. I build my own pc's, but he wants some cheap one, he doesnt play games. All he wants to use it for , is basicly internet surfing and audio playback AND editing (light).

so, nfohump brain, i summon you ! (keep it cheap).

well if he does not play i would buy a huge monitor and somekind of cheap tablet or netbook.
should be enough + silent and stuff Smile

well, he does some audio editing (he is some kinda dj, dont ask lol)

heck, i would almost suggest him a mac lol (fits what he is using it for), but that doesnt go well with pricing i guess ^^

then a cheap notebook with a huge monitor and stuff. Smile
don't think there is any need for a desktop pc in this case.
plus if he is a dj he could easily take the laptop to friends or clubs or whatever Smile
