This is a good reason why there should be some sort of general intelligence test before people are allowed to buy Glocks and Springfield weapons.
Too many people with their fingers in the guards all the time, for a round chambered (God knows why) and with no idea how those guns work.
I know when I got my X D-9 I spent hours with it dry firing, learning the trigger pull and feeling the catch. Rounds didn't even go into the magazine for a solid week o_0
I feel the odds are good he was playing with live ammunition and had no idea how to properly deload, dropped the magazine and derped out and fired into this foot to decock it
