My uncle has house near mountains, so will visit him for 2 weeks and we are gonna skii everyday
I really wanted upgrade this old 4yr old rig now(Really need to get rid of this ATI 4890), but I prefer to go to Poland and have awesome time

maybe then explore all of the states then? So many visceral landscapes, gorgeous architecture... you know those historically significant bits and pieces of the land where you live... then all your illegal friends can also see why some parts of america are simply wonderful.

i've seen poland no need for me to go see it again. Did all those camps where we'd visit all historical sights, nature walks and all that shit... If you're going to spend your entire life living between point a and point b, you're missing out.

I lived there for 11 years. I just don't have a patriotic bond with it. My home and my homeland are where I wake up in the morning. I've seen all the historical aspects of Poland and they're astonishing and wonderful. But there's so much more. It's just my opinion, but if you have a chance to see the world, and you go to see a place that you've already seen... then it's a wasted opportunity. not hating or anything, but you've already been there this year, no? Why go back? Why not go to Italy before it becomes a jersey shore shit hole. (no offense, but it will happen soon) Or visit Czech Republic? Belgium? Spain? Turkey?
The world has so much to offer. It's like going to a candy store with every piece of chocolate from all over the world, with every lollipop from every year (remember when chupa chups were these amazing lollipops and now they're just lame ass mother fuckers?) and all you take is a snickers because you like snickers... When god gives you lemons, you find a new god, not make lemonade.

It sucks. I had that when i was 8. Going all alone to camps, leaving family behind... and then them visits when you're a broken little boy... tears. But you have to realize that you can't let things tie you down. If you want to live like everyone else without seeing pass your backyard, then by all means, enjoy it to the fullest, but when you have opportunity to see your neighbours backyard... why not do so?
I guess I'll never understand how people get attached to something that should never be attached to. We're all living on this planet, we claimed with languages, cultures, but at the end of the day, we're just renting it. It doesn't belong to us and we don't belong to it. You can't be homesick to your homeland. You can be homesick to family, friends... but to a place? that's as poetic as the lyrics from some emo band lol
When we colonize space, then being homesick to a place would be legitimate. But now... heeeeellllllllllll no!
But enjoy your trip. Don't waste it with skiing.

This an attitude that because it is unknown to you, you can't empathise with other people who are familiar with it.

Just to be clear... i'm not personally attacking you
Just don't like how the planet is being ignored by everyone
You have those environmentalist cuntjobs who haven't seen the beauty of this planet and constantly whine and bitch about how their 'area' is disgusting and riddiculous. Then you have these teenagers who go on trips and stay only in the hotels, resorts and don't do anything and claim they've seen the world. It sickens me.
At least you get to go somewhere where you like it. Im just upset that it's always poland if i were you, i'd just get lost in dublin and sightsee and then go to poland and ski but that's me
In a lifetime a normal, average, person doesn't see more than 20% of what the world has to offer It makes me sad
Enjoy your trip and don't break any bones...
And take pictures. If you can afford an 800 dollar ticket, you can afford a decent camera and post!!!!

I only have 3 hours layover time in Dublin..maybe I should have stayed one night at least there
Planning to get canon 60d kit pretty soon..have only regular canon point-and-shot camera..took quite a few pics last time when I went skiing
i go to school+parttime work, pay is shit so is the job, cant afford anything, have to save months for something!
im graduating next year with electrical and computer engineering...starting salary apparently is $60k/year...maybe then I will have more cash to visit any other countries besides Poland
OR, I go back to Poland and make $1000/month or less
