Depends on what kind of horror you like.
For creepy Incidious was very good, for blood and splatter I enjoyed FInal Destination 5.

Paranormal Activity I, II, and III are all excellent, though for some reason they don't get much praise around nforce.
Though it relies heavily on atmosphere and not really on jump scares, so that might not suit you.

I thought Paranormal Activity 2 was shit (have not seen 3 yet)
