My sister friend works for nyc public school. and he gave me two laptops to fix..
he works in the "bronx" high school which weekly kids steal at least 10 of those laptops 
anyway, it had planty of viruses..Would it be better to do complete format? Microsoft Security Essentials took them of I think most of viruses..after running registry cleaner, cleaned useless files, also removed 90% of start up files....
and it takes longer to boot than before I remove virus...whikch is pretty weird...
I'm quite scared to operate it but I already connected to the internet, hopefully there is no hidden gps software installed..
It has windows xp with sp3...and funny thing is..I can't even access "Task Manager" and I also can't uininstall/delete Symantec based software even with unlocker software
Should I just format it..?
anyway..on the second laptop I get c000021a..cant even get to safe mode..hmm. I think I will just unscrew laptop, take out it hdd, copy all the files with external dock station to copy important files
And those laptops needs to be plugged in or else they won;t boot? are the batteries borked?
and the guy wants to pay for me for doing this ehh ole

That's why I only accept a Mac, no custom spyware shit and it's always ready to use out of the box.

I formatted them but they are slower then before "fixing" them...or I forgot the days when I was myself using 2.0ghz single core intel cpu with 1gb of ram or less
Oh well, just hopefully, dude won't return school laptop with pirated versions of windows xp and office xp and everyone software that I put on there
