Right now I weight 105kg and I'm 185cm tall
I would like to drop it to 95kg in about 3 months for the summer Razz or even 90kg..it would be terrible to go below 90kg because of my height

not excercising often and drinking alcohol often..especially beer...my condition is teh suck

It may not be much at start but I can only do about 30 crunches and 10 push-ups..which i do in the morning and before I go to sleep

Also started to ran this week..so far its only 5x soccer field around..i cant do any more
and also I bought jumping rope..and trying to perfect that..

it all should get better with time

and of course food..no bread/bagels whatsoever. no beer..for dinner rice/buckwheat groats and mean...and for supper yogurt

should probably start seeing some results in a month...wish me luck friends <3
I wonder how long I will go without drinking beer Very Happy

If you want to lose weight fast you should go on a VLCD ( Very low calorie diet ), although you have to keep in mind that you will regain your weight again fast if you return to your "bad" lifestyle when it comes to eating and drinking.

In theory you can lose 5 kilos a week if you push yourself hard.

Good luck dude.

Remember, do all natural training. At the most, 10lbs weights. No weight lifting, bench pressing etc

Just tons of cardio and core building and pushups (all kinds) and dips etc
U will see great results if u do it 2 hours a day for a month Smile

Trust, ive got tons of ppl into tip top shape

Good luck man... Giving up stuff is not nice, but it's better to be healthy. And when you reach desired weight you can eat everything, but moderately and exercise daily...

It's not that, I was told by my doctor ( who is Polish) that weight must be somehow proportional to your height, no?

I have family friend who is around 190cm and weights maybe 70kg and he experience all kind of back pains...he can't sit for longer periods of time, has to lay down..maybe its chronic back pain but doctors tell him to get more weight

it has something to do with your body structure? im no doctor..so who knows..only know what i was told Smile

With 185cm everything above 86\87 is considered overweight. But don't pay too much attention to kg, in time fat will turn in muscles and you will feel better and look better.

I was pretty much the same, dropped to 90 kg, now I'm pushing for more. Motivation is key imo. And don't fucking try specific diets, just eat less and work out more.

and stop drinking beer, its useless anyway. If you must though, drink tons of water the day after.

simple, you don't eat anything and you'll drop down fast, be sure not to be behind the while if you don't eat for a couple of days (and i'm talking NOTHING, not even a bite or a biscuit) since you'll start having spasms since you're body will despartely try to find something to feed on.

Worked like a charm when i was 17, dropped 30 Kilos in less than 6 months
Now i'm trying the healthy part since i don't want to loose my hair and started jogging and eating one or 2 short meals per day, yet my body is resistant and i still don't lose the weight.
I'm trying to get down from 82 to about 65 and i'm also about 185cm tall.

Left = Me a month ago @ 83.3 KG (today 81.7, which the doctor says is the right BMI for me considering my heritage/height etc.

Right = Me 10 years ago almost to the day

I'm 188-189cm and weigh around 75kg. Don't have any back problems cause of that, its all about muscles i reckon. Just don't be a lazy ass, be active and it should work it self out I guess Smile

Losing weight is way to easy.
I can easily drop 5-6kg in a week without any hard work.
Gaining weight is another problem.
I'd like to gain 10-20kg before summer, but it's impossible.

I hate you.

The formula is very simple, more activity and less calories: even light exercises such as a 20-30 minute walk can really help you burn calories and fat; and yeah, alcohol doesn't help at all Wink

dont fucking quit beer! work it into your diet! an average 5.0 abv beer has about 200 kcal (per pint/half liter), so if you are going to be keeping track of the calories in what you eat thats a good starting point.

when i was losing weight i made food that i loved (all kinds of chili and skinless chicken and stuff) in decent amounts, and just ate it often in small portions.

the problem with all those changes you are making is, that they are too huge. you will easily gain all that weight back again. maybe you will last a week running every day and not drinking beer, but next weekend you will get hammered drinking 20 beers and the next day you will be hungover and skip the run, then decide to get some fatty foods because thats what you crave for while in your weakened state of hungoverness. then you will have already skipped running once so it just gets easier to skip it the next time. and maybe you have half a pizza left in your fridge, so you eat that. and then decide 'oh its so late, i dont need that much food tonight, ill just go get a bagel and drink some beers and go to sleep'. next thing you know, bam, back at 110kg.

the point of my makebelieve story (that decided to portray you as a person of weak willpower, as i am afraid most of us are) is that when trying to lose weight, making huge changes in your lifestyle fails most of the time - you might get great results in the short term, but you will just end up fattening up again once you run out of willpower. the better plan is to make smaller changes. i went down from 110kg to 92kg in 4 months without problems by altering my diet a bit (skipping the things that are uselessly fattening, but still keeping in beer and the occasional 2l bottle of coke). i didnt even have to exercise that much more, just rode around on bicycle in nature. of course, now that its springtime your lifestyle will hopefully get more active anyway? things like going for a walk with your favourite girl or deciding to beat the gridlock by walking to work/school really do help in losing (and maintaining) weight - its actually one of the reasons i tend to fatten up a lot during the wintertime, since its just sooooo much better to drive someplace than walk there with -28c outside Smile

- Dont drink sugary drinks
- Dont snack on shit (fuck a chocolate bar can be like 30% of your daily instake)
- Fast food can fuck off.

LOOK at what your eating.. eg the KJ's

I don't work out at all ... drink lots of piss... the most exercise I get is walking up and down the stairs to the house + sex

Im actually probably eating more than I did.. but just healthier stuff.

trying too, but as you need to cut out EVERY SINGLE thing in the world that tastes good it's pretty fucking hard to start. Im strictly speaking of normal food ofc, not candy, soda and other obvious stuff like white bread and so on.

Heh, that'd have to be one big chocolate bar. Snickers for example is around 300kcal iirc - not a terribly good thing to eat obviously but certainly not enough for a third of your daily calorie intake.
