1) 2007 release - she gets out of bed, looks over Micah on left side of bed for 3+ hrs, goes downstairs, screams, Micah runs down to see whats up, she kills Micah downstairs, comes back up to bedroom in camera view holding large knife all bloodied, sits beside bed waddling back in forth for days, phone rings (no one answers), eventually someone like family member comes over, sees Micah dead downstairs and leaves to call police, police arrive at some point, secure the area until they get to where Katie is, she then gets up asking: "is that you Micah" and threatens police with knife, Police shoot her dead, THE END.

2) Current 2009 Theatrical Release - she gets out of bed, looks over Micah on left side of bed for a moment, goes to right side of bed, looks at him for 2+ hrs (I think), goes downstairs, screams, Micah runs down to see whats up, she kills Micah downstairs, you then hear pounding footsteps coming upstairs (so frick'n erie)which then stop, silence for 2-3 seconds, then you see Micah's body literally thrown at the camera in the bedroom, camera falls revealing Katie at doorway, she walks over to body, crawls on floor, then rushes camera with daemonic simile. End caption reads: Police find Micah's body later BUT Katie no where to be found (possible sequal?!?).

3) Unknown rumour there is a 3rd possible ending.. she gets out of bed, looks over Micah on left side of bed for 3+ hrs, goes downstairs, screams, Micah runs down to see whats up, she kills Micah downstairs, comes back up to bedroom in camera view holding large knife all bloodied, then proceeds to slit throat. Dies.. The End.
