Just be extra careful with that arm from now on. I've dislocated my right shoulder seven times, and now it almost always tries to dislocate whenever I'm using a ratchet above my head (I run an automotive shop). I have to be extremely careful with it. I've done physical therapy (and continue to do the at home excercises), and it helps. But it's not perfect.
Take care of that arm, and for the love of all that is holy, stop trying to fist that whale (read: yourself)!

In such cases I'm always glad that we live in 21st century when it's possible to fix such diseases. In the Middle Ages (or even later) it would probably mean being handicapped till the end of life.

My professor dislocated his shoulder, and I remember talking to him: You know, having my shoulder dislocated was painful, but that feeling when they set the shoulder back in, I would recommend that to everybody xD xD
Ahhh, physicists xD
