well, there was a lot of misrepresentation and some drama about quote-mining (ie. lying) to make certain muslims look bad (dawafilms was the user-name if i remember correctly). His videos on the bible and on science are great, hsi videos on islam only sometimes.
I think he just calls it as he sees it. A lot of people instantly cry "Islamaphobia!!!" when he says something against the hateful followers of that religion, without fully understanding that what he says is actually right and provable. Same with Pat Condell. Both these guys are simply standing up and saying what quite a lot of us already believe, but are too afraid to say out of fear some masked cultist will burst into your home at night and hack your head off.
Religion of Peace. If you don't believe it, we'll kill you.
Granted not every person of Islamic faith is like that, but hey.... not every Christian was like the Inquisition either, yet you don't see people defending THAT.

Which is fine for me in the case of pat condell, because he seems to be an idiot at times, and should be allowed to make a fool of himself as much as he wants. I find it deplorable still, but i understand that people can be opinionated old pricks at times.
what makes it all the more problematic with thunderf00t is, that he sees and promotes himself as a voice of reason, a sceptic and a scientist, but he does not adhere to the standards set by those descriptors. So, i m pissed at him a lot stronger, as the quality of his videos usually is of a different kind all together.
The point is, I've not seen anything Pat or thunderf00t said that is false. They merely call things as they're seen. Whether this is due to a "vocal minority" or not, the fact is what they say is exactly what happens on a daily basis. If these actions truly were only of the "vocal minority" then why isn't the "silent majority" speaking up?
Lutzi do you have some examples? So far I have not seen something irregular. No have I seen anything wrong with Condell's videos, but let's not go there.
Pardon my skepticism, but I have heard people call Dawkins an Islamophobe for saying the truth about The Religion of Peace, so I have developed a "thick skin" so to say against this particular label.
well, i m not going to point you to all the drama and criticism i have seen over the last two years concerning both, but suffice to say, if you wish to search, it is findable (for example the dawahfilms drama of thunderf00t and the latest one i remember from pat condell was the misrepresentation of swedish rape statistics and the whole EDL (british nazi group) endorsement idiocy)

It's just amazing how stupid some ppl are. I started watching that documentary and the shit they do is unbelievable...
EDIT: Finished the documentary by Louis Theroux and it's scary actually. They brainwash their children. Why aren't the social services not involved is beyond me...
