Video is funny.... but very very very very very disturbing that some people could follow that dude with cctv's through the whole city while embarrassing himself and just release it to the public..........
That guy will not only have a massive hangover when he wakes up.. He's going to have so many bruises, be in so much pain and perhaps broken fingers, ribs and cracked elbows that it's amazing if he manages to get out of bed for the next two days...

There's very few places in London where there's not any cameras. 24/7 there are people watching every street in London from several angles in any number of control rooms around town.
