It's for LA Noire, but I assume Max Payne 3 will have something like that as well.

Pay $10 today and get access to $30 worth of DLC content that is going to be released in the next couple of months.

read this earlier, i've also read about quite a few inconsistencies with la noire. i would not be at all surprised if all this dlc was more of an addendum to the story then new content. apparently its seems like a few things were cut out from the game and its noticeable at certain stages

Actually might not be cut out, i've noticed alot of varied quality from DLC's after i got a JTAG 360.

Interesting method but we'll see what comes of it.
(Another type of subscription perhaps with features and functionality for a additional cost, I have no idea.)

EDIT: Oh right I forgot about the introduction discount, 10$ for seven DLC is a pretty good price for the console users in regards to LA Noire's additional content.

Pfff Max Payne 3 will be released on PC, too! The basic version will come with Max's naked model, a non working beretta and the tutorial mission. But if you pre-order the DLC pack #001 now at 59€ you'll receive a coat, a functional semi-automatic pistol and the amazing Chapter I.

What for? They're pretty much swollen by the crazy amounts of derp money being shelled out monthly on stupid and useless features and DLCs. They can live off in wealth till the end without any extra hassle. Cool Face
