Just get logitech G15/G19 and put every single detail to its LCD with AIDA 64. Those Onscreen monitors usually hogs up CPU usage aswell. Using myself G19 with Aida 64, GPU temp, CPU temp, GPU vcore, Cpu Vcore, usage, mem usage etc.. everything on the screen Very handy and doesnt tax pc at all.

Pretty sure Rivatuner and ATI Tray Tools can both do it Join in on the war on LeoSatan

http://www.playclaw.com/ displays cpu and gpu utilization and temperature, fps, captures video and screenshots and does it alot better than fraps, can even set the overlay positions anywhere on screen
