I really hate drinking too be honest, every time I drink I want to be alone and game, but I cant focus on a game when I drink for some reason.
What about going to the store and picking up a decent bottle? Can't do that? Or too late in the night?
Edit:
Keep up the Jogging, the more you keep it up, the less you'll feel like shit, and feel more energized!
