Windows Internet Explorer not only updates Explorer.exe but also all explorer GUI Dlls so it has to close all programs

Yeah all microsoft shit seems to also update a bunch of OS files, which explains why everything always needs a freaking restart.

Meh some plugins that I use are incompatible with chrome/firefox/opera

they only work in IE
