Yes unfortunately, but it's getting better year after year (at least I'm not a mucus machine like I used to be 4-5 years ago)..oat grass is probably one of my biggest enemies

Aye, I've got hay-fever (and I'm also deathly allergic to bee/wasp venom) so Summer in England, with all the plant and grass pollen, is an absolute NIGHTMARE for me. Luckily it's not so bad here in Norway ... but I still have to watch out for wasps and bees.

Got hayfever and tons of other shit.
Astma
Allergic to Dogs, cats, horses bla bla bla and any fruit with seeds/seed houses
And probably anything close to the small example above. Oh and cant eat nuts (HA!).

Same. Plus living in the city helps a lot
Still eat ma pills though, especially if I have to play a match or go gofling, they are great!

Do they make you sleepy? Because before (a long time ago) I used Dimidril which has the same active ingredient (diphenhydramine) and that made me extra sleepy  Probably because it's antiemetic too
