That's it, the LAST time I ever pre-order anything from PLAY.COM.
Since the company started selling anything from books to kettle's they just don't get the games out on time!
I was expecting Flashpoint 2 on the PS3 today and it's not arrived...grrrr!

It's crazy that they have stopped supporting their core base, the store used to get the goods to your door early or at the very least on time but now.....

I know how you feel. Same thing here.
Well, it isn't play.com and it isn't OPF2 but well same deal.
Gotta wait a day longer, or two, or how long they need to deliver it...

Are you sure this isn't because of the strikes? Royal Mail apparently lost the Amazon contract over this Sad

This is the most likely culprit, I run a small business and delivery times have been extremely erratic. Some goods arrive the day after I place an order, others take weeks to arrive when both are dispatched from the same supplier using the same postal variant.

What's even more fagtastic is that union bosses have decided to arrange a high volume of consecutive strikes over the coming Christmas period. This is certainly not a way to engender public support.

Pfft. She smashed the shit out of the Unions in the 80s, brought stability to the economy. She was an excellent PM - hated by many because she was unwavering and zealous in her goals.

Maggie, maggie, maggie.

Ultra right wing conservative iron lady with a taste for sucking blood from small children. Sounds like a nice old hag. Or maybe not.

Question. I Ordered a game from Play.com but I want to cancel my purchase.

Well, it seems that I was to late, because they just informed me that they have just shipped my package, so I'm wondering if the package will be returned to Play.com if I don't pick up the package from my local Post Office, and if Play.com will refund my money when it's returned to them.

I have never dealt with Play.com before, so I'm unsure of how they handle a situation like this.

I once pre-ordered a game from play.com. Really wanted to play it on release date since it was a mmo game.
Got it 2 weeks after release, even tho I preordered 3 months before release.

Never using play.com again.

I hate you.
