Lately I can't help but notice I feel like I have nothing to look forward to. Ive been in a stable relationship for over a year so I lost interest in pursuing chicks (like the good old days ) and focused all my energy and time into upgrading my PC. Now that Im done with PC, I literally sit for hours doing nothing. Just thinking... about nothing
This is normal or what? Wtf is wrong with me

This but with a tiny fix at the end for me xD
Also read a book or sth, that'll keep you occupied. Or study. You always bitch about that french lab or whatever...

+1. Doesn't matter what it is, your hobby was obviously tweaking your PC, now you have no hobby so you're bored, get another hobby. Anything. |
I bought myself an e-book reader. Try to read 2-3 books a week and have plenty more to go!
Best recent purchase!
But yea get a job/play some sports, read books

There's razors for sale cheap in Walmart. Cutting yourself has never been more popular than now.
Yes, yes I'm back.

Sounds like a case of derpression to me (no offense). You're done with 1 hobby and need a new one. If you don't have a hobby for too long you'll get bored. Which sounds really natural and healthy to me. So the really difficult part is to find something new that has your interest.
Personally I'd like to try some golf or firing guns at a shooting range. And taking care of ponies. Quite a lot of variety there

In a nutshell:
- Play games that you haven't played yet;
- Watch movies that you haven't watched yet;
- Do sports;
- Read books;
- Fuck your gf in teh butt;
- Listen to some real music (not the Rebecca crap that leads to suicide);
- Destroy your PC and buy/upgrade it again, like the old times
- Or find another cool hobby (some suggestions http://www.oddee.com/item_97171.aspx )

Alcohol will make you drown in your own piss of depression. *literally*
It will make you forget for a while but in the end, as much as you deny it, you will still feel miserable Juba.
getting back on topic.. meh I feel down myself right now. without any fuckin reason..
I was smoking a cigarrete out the window on the balcony kinda like an hour ago and out of fucking nowhere I got fuckin depressed..
Spoiler: | I was thinking about a girl from my past wich I was a fuckin jerk with her..
I made her cry very bad in the middle of the street because I dumped her right there and left, I was fucking 18 and a ignorant fuckin asshole back then..
She wasn't ugly, fat( on the contrary.. she was skinny) or retarded, she was kind of an 8 by looks and she liked to play videogames. I played with her WoW since launch in 2004 till 2007
In the end the reason is I think I got bored of her.. and I was fuckin immature back then. and she kinda loved me alot.. we grew together since grade school till the end of highschool WE EVEN SIT IN THE SAME BENCH FOR 8 FUCKING YEARS!!
she was also the fuckin girl I lost my virginity with too..
and right now smoking my cig on the balcony window I wondered how she was doing. : / and in the end i smoked 3 cigarretes instead of one.
I don't even know WHY THE FUCK I was even thinking about this.. she was just an ex girlfriend. but she was my first..
I should be VERY HAPPY DAMMIT.. I'm almost 21 right now and getting married in the near future with a wonderful person that means the world to me. And I don't even comprehend my life without her because she really REALLY makes me happy every day and she cares alot for me..
I really want to marry her because I don't want to regret later in my life when I'm older that I lost someone that meaned so much to me.. we are making 3 years since we live together, just the two of us, this July. The same month we plan to do the wedding.
So.. I don't want to ever fuck this up because I love her and she's a keeper for me..
I don't wanna end like other people at 30-35 yrs old, single and too prideful to admit that they feel hollow inside and that their life is meaningless and empty.
Instead they throw that excuse that they want to feel free with their lives, drinking and fucking as much as they can.
Anyways I just regret the fact that I was a fuckin A class asshole with my ex first GF a few years back and I miss her alot sometimes..
at least I wished we would've still remained best friends because I know her since childhood for fucks sake..
We didn't talked or seen each other since February 2008.
And right now in the year 2011.. I was smoking a cigarrete on the balcony and thinking about her. Fuck life sometimes.
LONG WALL OF TEXT IS FUCKING LONG I KNOW!
long story short: I was smoking a ciggarete on the balcony and thought about my first girlfriend and got depressed. |
lucky me I forget about these kind of depressing moments very fast because I'm usually all happy happy joy and stuff the second day.
peace. going to get some ice-cream and watch House bitches!

Found out yesterday that I actually dont need 30 hours this semester. The professor said we only require 4 hours and I already did 3 so I should be able to get that out of the way on wednesday.

Nope never worked at mcdonalds. I did work at a coffee shop but I quit that job like a year ago. Im pretty okay with the current job I have. I have only 1 co-worker and we get along great. We just watch porn on his phone most of the day

A bit unortodox, but travel abit and see parts of the world you normally wouldnt. You'll appreciate the life you have so much more after that.
I do it sometimes when feeling like you, when I feel content and when theres nothing to look forward to, nothing to fight for.
Or you could just pic a hobby, do some sports etc
Dont mess with God, he can impregnate your girlfriend/wife without taking his pants off!

You're getting older.
PS. the term "depression" has lost all meaning in our day and age.
