yups! it's a noob question:

since a time around, there are more and more movies released as BRayrip or HD or whatever, instead of the classic DVD. I like to download the DVD's cose it's easy to watch on every tv...

my noob question is, how can you write or burn the new bray or HD releases into a DVD, with DVD's menus like subs and all that usefull things?

for example: Shrek Forever After 2010 720p BRRip XviD-TiMPE

thx guys! Very Happy

I guess you would have to convert mkv to a vob and then create a menu template that you can use for it. Sounds like a lot of work

8 out of 10 dentists prefer zipfero to competing brands(fraich3 and Mutantius)!

This question falls into the category "if you have to ask, it's probably not for you".
It is doable but requires a lot of time to get into it. If you're serious, go to the doom9.org forum, read a lot and ask a lot.

True, especially if you want subtitle and audio menus, it can get complicated.

or on some TVs you can just plop the film on a usb stick and plug it in and it can play various video formats directly and you can access the subtitles from the remote
...or you could use xbmc or similar Smile

ConvertXToDVD?

Just drag and drop and convert with the default settings (although you will get better results if you play around with it). Subtitle and audio streams can be selected/deselected. You can create menus with submenus for audio, chapters etc...

There are tutorials on the VSO forums.
