Apparently theres some debate going on about this photo
This is the photo that was made readily available for public viewing at first.
UFO spotting enthusiasts are claiming that it's been airbrushed to remove UFO's from the picture.
This is the original.

I don't doubt for a second that some things were removed from some pictures - But they weren't UFO's/Aliens.
For instance, if they had Corona/KH-5->KH-13 program equipment in photos like that they would have probably wanted to remove them so the Soviets couldn't get a closer look / The public wouldn't know about it. Even now there are numerous satellites which are essentially the hubble space telescope, but pointing towards earth. The KH-11 program itself was essentially a bunch of hubble space telescopes, and the only reason the Hubble was put up into space (Or any NASA equipment has mostly ever been put into space) was so they could make it as a cover for the military equipment.
So basically, there is a bunch of stuff that would be worth airbrushing out. However, it has nothing to do with Aliens.

Images of unknown sources of light and apparent spacecrafts are most likely one of two phenomena, images of secret satellites or prototype planes or optical illusions, probably both.
The sheer probability of an advanced alien civilization to have visited Earth, is so unlikely, so improbable that is just insane to even speculate about it, for a simple comparison purpose, it is more likely that someone wins the first prize of lottery, every single week, for a period of 50 years, than some ancient alien civilization to be visiting Earth.

This was during the space race and the cold war. Relocating into mineshafts and the ending of Dr. Strangelove was very real. It was a gigantic waste of money of both superpowers and is hardly a joke. At least we got the moon landings and a couple other NASA things out of all the military spending though.

Again, the single largest reason why the conspiracy talk is such bullshit is the singular fact that the Soviets would have known and without any doubt would have humiliated the USA greatly. Considering the Soviets were able to steal numerous other pieces of highly guarded secrets - There was no possible way a conspiracy involving such a substantial amount of people, agencies, and money would have been kept secret from them. Vice versa in those regards. Of course, I guess you could make up a greater conspiracy just to support the allready retardo-level moon conspiracy and say that because of NWO plans the Soviet Union / USA and the cold war/space race was faked so the soviets didn't reveal that the US actually faked the moon landing.
