Bullshit. That dude tried his best, and was patient as a saint, to explain to her. She was the dumb tool getting all pissy and hostile and insulting. The idea is that the show is a TEST, if they'd held her friggin' hand and did everything for her... what would she have learned? Instead she actively went out of her way to insult people who were doing their best.

"It's neither, the processor is inside the PC itself. You open the panel and it's inside"
"That doesn't tell me shit!! What the hell does inside even mean? Is it behind or in front and stop telling me inside!"
Yeah... it was totally everyone else's fault, honest.

First time she asked is it in front or back, he just says inside. He should have explained that you need to unscrew it and open the computer to get to the processor. You cant expect people to know that. Someone who doesn't know shit about PCs might just easily assume changing a processor is similar to changing a battery.
Well when she thought the PC was the monitor and asked was the processor in front, back or middle, he laughs at her and says under. He could have instead calmly explained the difference between the monitor and the PC. After that she was already pretty pissed off and although she was overreacting from the start, it would have helped the situation if he handled it better.
And lastly, he starts mentioning sockets and handles. He shouldn't have gone into that much depth as it will only confuse the user. Some details are better left out, so user can process the basic information first.

It's a TEST. The TEST of the show was for someone who doesn't know anything about computers to try a task that is generally considered the hardest part OF putting one together. You're going on about them not "explaining" properly and you're forgetting one part; THEY'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO. Period. At all. She was given all the documentation and she was given HINTS from everyone else.
The one guy did his very best to help her understand, without actually holding her hand, and all she did was rage at him and insult him, before finally storming away and then slagging him off to her friend.

That dude could have handled the situation better. You obviously never attended a college course on how to teach or hold a presentation. You cannot imagine how much psychological bullshit you need to know, or never seen a good teacher or presenter.
I went through two college courses on communication and presentation skills, plus attended a microsoft innovation center seminars for two weeks on a similar topic.
And this guy could have done a better job without even going into all that heavy stuff.
In any case, he could have done a better job.

Never said he did a bad job. I said she is a stupid bitch. I only said he could have done a better job handling the situation.

As much as I hate reality shows, these Beauty and the Geek ones always amused me. Back when I still had my cable TV sub, I used to watch them just to LOL at the men's awkwardness and women's stupidity. Don't know, they kinda felt scripted (I mean, you have to ask yourself, how can there be so many awkward geeks and so many stupid women that would go these kind of shows). 
We had an Israeli version here, but as usual, they didn't get what made the US version so funny, they made it overdramatic, romance driven, social commentary. Nice to see the NO version got it right!
