Inspired by the Ducktales thread, here are some of the intros of the MANY MANY cartoons i watched as a kid and even in my early teens.
I would get up at 6 am on a saturday to watch cartoons for 8 hours straight....... Very Happy

M.A.S.K.

Transformers

Saber rider

Heathcliff

Tiny toons

He-man

And when you mean HEman, you need to mention the epic movie of him and shera
( intro song <3 )

Ghostbusters

The other ghostbusters

TMNT

Die Königin der 1000 Jahre / Queen Millennia

And many more .....

One request, i am trying to to think of a cartoon that was too "violent" that my dad wouldnt met me watch it, showed late 80s and i remember something about monsters living underneath the earth with ... open stumachs? and chopping arms off ? i havent seen it in over 20 years.

I watched MacGyver religiously, never cared that much for cartoons (of course I watched them and all, but there were no shows that I just had to see every time they were on).

That's cheating tho, they just reused the music from the movies. Razz

Not a cartoon, but Fort Boyard had a killer intro theme:
